1. With all file transfers over the Internet, files must be compressed. Place all files in one folder, then stuff or zip that folder into one packet. It will be faster for you and easier for us.

2. Please name your folder with your company name and something relevant. i.e. “mycompany-myfile.sit”
or “mycompany-myfile.zip”
